Rebalance Your PH , 1 Comment

My fiancé thinks I smell funny. Last night he was sniffing around me, suspiciously. I hate it when he does this, as I feel I have a lot to hide. I moisturize at night, so I usually I smell of coconut oil, which he mistakenly thinks is “gingerbread” (LOL). When he didn’t discover any of my weird home made tinctures or creams, he lay back down.

And that was when I stealthily put the cap back on my raw apple cider spiked water. It smells like feet. Not enticing you to rush out and purchase a bottle of Bragg’s finest? Maybe this will: Research has shown it can help stabilize glucose levels in diabetics, help with weight loss and weight management, increase energy levels, and treat heartburn. Apple cider vinegar aids detoxification of the lymph nodes and promotes circulation. That, in turn, can assist in the removal of toxins from the cells while improving your immune system’s response.

Apple cider vinegar is rich in potassium and enzymes and it’s extremely alkalizing for you pH balance. Known to help eradicate pesky UTI’s and ward of colds, I sometimes refer to it as "a girl’s best friend".

Even Hippocrates swore by it.

That’s enough for me. I don’t care if it smells like feet.

Life Tip: Take apple cider vinegar in small doses throughout the day. Many people like to take 1-3 teaspoons in a glass of water before meals to aid digestion. Others enjoy adding it to hot water with honey to drink as a tea. If you use a reverse osmosis filter that removes all of the minerals from your water, a few drops of raw apple cider will rebalance your water by adding minerals.
