This is a delicious flavorful dressing that requires no oil! It’s light and fat free. 1/3 (heaping) cup unsweetened apple sauce

2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar

1 1/2 tablespoons raw honey

1 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar

1 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon brown rice miso

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt

fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions: Blend all ingredients in a blender.

*My favorite way to eat this dressing is with spinach, lettuce, red, and yellow pepper, cucumbers, red apple, sunflower seeds and raisins.
