Return Policy

Our Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise purchase, you may return any item, excluding accessories or samples, within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund, less shipping charges, applied discounts, or value-added gift items, when applicable.

Returns: How To

To return an item:

1. Simply email [email protected] and specify the items you are returning.

2. Repack the item in its original packaging, and ship via insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) according to the instructions on your email return receipt after emailing.

3. Return items must be postmarked within 30 days of the date your tracking number shows the order was delivered to you.

Returning Sale or Promotional Items

No returns are accepted on promotional items, and returns are only accepted on items that are discounted by 20% or less, and only within the 30 day return period.

Return Shipping

SZL will provide a return label if damage is disclosed PRIOR to returns being submitted. SZL is not responsible for return items damaged or lost in transit.
